When you call Reliable Heating & Cooling for service, you won’t have to watch the clock. At Reliable, most of our repairs are performed on a flat-rate basis.  As you know, not all technicians work at the same speed.  Flat rate pricing means you will be charged for the job being performed, and will not be charged extra if the job takes longer than expected.  Unfortunately, not every job can be flat rated.  However, when you are billed on a time and materials basis, you can be assured of getting high quality service at a fair price.

Our technicians are highly trained professionals that continually educate themselves on the latest technologies.  We are able to service all makes and models that heat and cool your home.   Reliable can also repair existing gas lines, locate leaks, or run a new gas line in your home.  Hot water boilers, water heaters, humidifiers, air cleaners….you name it….Reliable can fix it.  Our service department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week for emergency service.

Finally, Reliable Heating & Cooling will work around your busy schedules.  No one likes waiting around all day wondering when the service technician will arrive.  Our customer service specialist will keep you informed of where your technician is, and when he is going to arrive at your home.  And, if we can’t meet your schedule Monday through Friday, we offer Saturday service at no additional charge.
